A father. A fighter. A voice for those the system tried to silence.
My children are my motivation. They are my why.
I am the father of three wonderful children who are my entire world — and my world was turned upside down when they were taken from me.
Every day, I wake up thinking about them. Every night, I go to sleep wondering how they're doing. Are they safe? Are they happy? Do they know their dad hasn't stopped fighting for them — not for one single day?
The system took my children from me. Not because I was a danger to them. Not because I failed them. They took them because the system is broken — because caseworkers cut corners, because judges make decisions before hearing evidence, because the people who are supposed to protect families are the ones tearing them apart.
"I do this for them. I fight for them. Every motion I file, every hearing I attend, every word on this website — it's all for my kids."
I completed every requirement they gave me. I passed four consecutive drug tests. I finished parenting classes. I maintained employment. I showed up to every single hearing. I did everything right — and they still wouldn't give me my children back.
So I requested a jury trial. Because I believe that when twelve ordinary citizens hear the full truth — not the department's version, not the judge's predetermined decision, but the actual truth — justice will prevail.
The inspiration behind this fight
My grandfather was a man who believed that standing up for what's right isn't optional — it's a responsibility. He taught me that when you see injustice, you don't look away. You don't stay quiet. You stand up, you speak out, and you fight — even when the fight seems impossible.
He lived that belief every day of his life. He stood up for people who couldn't stand up for themselves. He challenged systems that were designed to keep people down. He never backed down from doing what was right, even when it cost him.
This platform — Seeking Accountability — is built on his legacy. Every story shared here, every judge held accountable, every family that finds the resources to fight back — that's his spirit living on. He showed me that one person can make a difference, and that when people come together, they can change the world.
"My grandfather taught me that the measure of a person isn't whether they face adversity — it's whether they stand up when they do. I'm standing up. For my children. For every family going through what we're going through. For him."
Why Seeking Accountability exists
I built this platform because I know I'm not the only one. There are thousands of families across this country going through the same thing — facing the same broken systems, the same biased judges, the same caseworkers who cut corners and destroy lives without consequence.
One voice can be silenced. But thousands of voices? Thousands of documented stories, with evidence, with names, with dates? That's a movement. That's something that cannot be ignored.
Seeking Accountability is a place where you can share your story, find resources to fight back, and know that you are not alone. It's a place where we shine a light on the people and systems that operate in darkness. It's a place where transparency meets accountability.
If you're going through this — if the system has taken your children, if a judge has treated you unfairly, if a caseworker has lied or manipulated your case — I want you to know: you matter. Your story matters. And you don't have to fight alone.
